Attorneys welcomed into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum must meet a set criteria in order to become members. Only attorneys who have won million or multi-million dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements may be eligible to become members. The attorneys selected as Million Dollar Advocates must have acted as principal counsel in at least one of the cases in which their client was awarded a million dollars or more. In addition, all members are recognized for their experience and excellence in advocacy.
The Million Dollar Advocates include roughly 5,000 members across the United States, making up less than 1% of all lawyers in the nation. The organization was founded in 1993, and proudly supports all members as they network and share legal experience and provide professional referrals.
Richard D. Klein began his career as a lawyer in 1995 and has since tried over 125 bench and jury trials. He focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases in order to help individuals and families in need. Attorney Klein has been recognized for his skills as a lawyer in many other aspects throughout his career. He has been included in the MATA Hall of Fame, is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and was selected for the Top 100 National Trial Lawyers.
